Start with your delivery location and choose from a participating shop’s listed products. For a purchase outside those listings, explore Buy for Me instead.

Pick products and review your basket
Check item details, quantities and stock availability. Product choices and prices can change as merchants update their listings.
Review delivery and the total
Confirm your delivery address and review the product subtotal, delivery details and final total in the app before placing the order.
Preparation, collection and delivery
The merchant prepares the order. Once it is ready, a runner collects it for delivery. Follow the order’s progress and be available for the handover.

The basket starts with the merchant’s listed product prices and your chosen quantities. Delivery is another part of the total, based on the order and destination.
