Send a Parcel

A parcel delivery moves an item that is already ready to collect. Tell us where it starts, where it needs to go and how much space it needs. If someone also needs to shop or complete a task, choose an errand.

Plan a parcel route and explore prices here. Arrange delivery through the eRunna app. Join launch updates for access information.

A few ways to use it

Examples to help you describe a request. Suitability depends on the item, route and service availability.

A sealed document
An envelope collected from an office and handed to a named recipient. Include reception details at both ends.
A packed gift
A securely wrapped item ready for pickup. Let the recipient know to expect a handover.
An arranged shop collection
An order the shop has already prepared. Provide a collection reference and check that the parcel is ready.
A larger item
Describe its dimensions, weight and access requirements before selecting transport. A larger vehicle does not automatically make every item suitable.

Plan the request

Prepare the item before pickup and give enough detail to choose suitable transport. Foot, bicycle, scooter and bakkie options serve different carrying needs.

  1. Pack and describe the parcel

Secure the contents and note the size, weight and any handling requirements. Check the prohibited-items policy first.

  2. Choose the two locations

Enter pickup and dropoff in the calculator. Include clear address and access instructions when you make the delivery request in the app.

  3. Compare the route price

Select a suitable transport option and review the estimate. Use the estimate to plan your budget before arranging the collection in the app.

  4. Arrange the delivery in the app

Review availability and the final request details in the app before proceeding. Make sure someone can hand over the parcel and receive it.

Understand the price

The route estimate depends on the locations, distance and service or transport option selected. Review its breakdown rather than assuming one fare fits every parcel.

Changes to the route, item or handling requirements can affect the final request. Confirm those details in the app. A website estimate is not a booking or a delivery-time guarantee.

Read the payments and refunds policy

Before you send

The parcel must be suitable for the chosen transport and comply with the prohibited-items policy. Pack it securely, describe fragile contents honestly and check access at both addresses. Ask support about unusual dimensions or handling before making assumptions.
